Ready2Sync synchronizes products, inventory, pricing and categories between the Ready2Order POS system and eCommerce stores (Shopify and WooCommerce). To provide this service, this Application processes data belonging to the merchant's store. This policy describes what is collected, why, and with which services it is shared.
This Application does not collect or process end-customer personal data. No orders, customer names, customer addresses, or payment data are read or stored. The data processed relates to the merchant's account, store configuration, and product/inventory catalog.
Personal Data: shop name, shop domain, OAuth access token, products (titles, SKUs, barcodes), prices, product variants, inventory levels, store locations, collections and gift card data. Data is read from and written to Shopify to enable synchronization.
Personal Data: API access tokens, products, prices, inventory levels, VAT rates, product groups/categories. Data is read from and written to Ready2Order to enable synchronization.
Personal Data: store URL, OAuth consumer key and consumer secret, webhook secret, products (names, SKUs, barcodes), prices, product categories and inventory levels. Product data is read from WooCommerce and inventory levels are written back to enable synchronization. Authentication credentials are stored encrypted.
Personal Data: shop identifiers and domains, encrypted OAuth tokens and API credentials for the connected systems, product mappings (titles, SKUs, barcodes, inventory levels), category and location mappings, synchronization settings, and synchronization activity logs. This data is stored to maintain the link between matched products and to operate the synchronization. All credentials are encrypted at rest. Data is deleted when the merchant uninstalls the app or disconnects a store.
Personal Data: session tokens, OAuth state, queued synchronization jobs and cached application data. Stored server-side with a limited lifetime for authentication, job processing and application state management.
Personal Data: error reports, stack traces, and limited session replay data (interactions within the app's admin interface) used to diagnose and fix faults. Replay is sampled and captured primarily on errors.
Personal Data: application logs, shop identifiers, product identifiers, and synchronization event data. Logs are stored in Google Cloud Logging. Synchronization events are delivered via Google Cloud Pub/Sub.
Personal Data: email address, subject and message content submitted by the User through the in-app support form. Used solely to respond to support requests. Delivered via a transactional email provider.
Personal Data: the User's selected interface language (locale). Collected by this Application's own backend to understand which languages to prioritize. No third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services are used, and no cookies are set; authentication relies on Shopify session tokens.
Synchronization data, credentials, mappings and configuration are retained for as long as the store remains connected. When the merchant uninstalls the app or disconnects a store, the associated data — including stored credentials, product mappings, configuration and activity logs — is deleted. Processed webhook event records are retained only for a short deduplication window and then removed.
