Personal Data processed for the following purposes and using the following services:

• • Infrastructure monitoring

    • Sentry

      Personal Data: various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service

    • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

      Personal Data: application logs, shop identifiers, product identifiers, and synchronization event data. Logs are stored in Google Cloud Logging. Event data is processed via Google Cloud Pub/Sub.

  • Data synchronization

    • Shopify API

      Personal Data: shop name, shop domain, products, inventory levels, product variants, store locations. Data is read from and written to Shopify to enable synchronization.

    • Ready2Order API

      Personal Data: products, pricing, inventory levels, VAT rates, product categories. Data is read from and written to Ready2Order to enable synchronization.

  • Session management

    • Redis

      Personal Data: session tokens and cached application data. Sessions are stored server-side in Redis with a limited lifetime for authentication and application state management.
